Members are encouraged to stay for the General Membership Meeting, which will immediately follow the workshop. See details below.

General Membership Annual Meeting

1:00 to 2:00 PM

Immediately following the workshop and networking session, MCWRS will host our General Membership Annual Meeting from 1:00 - 2:00 PM, to include an election to fill four expiring non-consultant terms on the Board of Directors.

Terms are three years, and there is no limit to the number of terms a Director can serve. Directors must represent paid member organizations and commit to attend at least one of the quarterly Board meetings in any year.

We invite nominations and volunteers to fill the expiring terms. Please email us at info@mcwrs.org no later than [DATE] if you wish to nominate someone or volunteer yourself for consideration.

As always, a quorum of 1/3 of members with voting rights is necessary to conduct Coalition business, and each member organization has one vote. Please plan to attend the annual meeting to learn about our activities during the past year, strategies and priorities for the next fiscal year (which will begin July 1, 2026), and to cast your vote for directors. 

If you are unable to attend this meeting, we request you appoint a representative from your organization (a proxy) in your place to ensure a quorum and our ability to conduct business.  Please email us to coordinate regarding your proxy.

Please note that you do not need to attend the workshop to join us for the General Membership Annual Meeting!
