John Woodsmall has been the Director of Public Works for the Town of Holden since 2011. The Town of Holden has been a member of the Central Massachusetts Regional Stormwater Coalition since its founding in 2012, and John has been a member of the CMRSWC's Steering Committee during that time, including several years as Co-Chair. As Director of Public Works, in addition to managing the Town of Holden's stormwater system, he also oversees the Town's water and sewer operations and serves as the Town's representative on the Board of Directors of the Upper Blackstone Clean Water District. John is a graduate of WPI, and is a MA registered professional engineer.
