Elizabeth Taglieri is the Executive Director for the Charles River Pollution Control District, a regional advanced wastewater treatment plant in Medway, Massachusetts that is designed to treat 5.7 mgd. Ms. Taglieri joined the District in 2010 as the District’s Engineer and Industrial Pretreatment Program Coordinator and has been the Executive Director since 2014. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Environmental Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering both from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Ms. Taglieri is a registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, a Licensed Grade 7-C Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator, a Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official, and is a member of MAWEA and NEWEA, where she was awarded the 2015 Young Professional award.
