Become a Sponsor of the 2026 Symposium!

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our 2026 Symposium. The Massachusetts Coalition for Water Resources Stewardship (MCWRS) is a non-profit organization funded entirely by its members. The ability to present our successful annual Symposium program comes from the support of our members, attendees, and our corporate sponsors. As a Symposium sponsor, you can increase visibility and build relationships with municipal staff and regional and national water industry leaders.

The cost of sponsorship is:

• $1,250 for member organizations

• $1,750 for non-members. 
  

Sponsors of the Symposium can expect:

• 2 complimentary admissions to the Symposium (up to a $350 value for members and up to a $780 value for non-members!)

• Access to the attendee list

• Logo visibility on the MCWRS website and throughout the event

• Distribution of company branded material at the event (optional)
  

After signing up as a sponsor, we will follow up with you via email for the following information and materials:

• Payment

• The full names and emails of your 3 complimentary registrations

• A high resolution logo (JPG file and PNG file with transparent background preferred)

• Notification of the preferred promotional material you plan to provide
  

Once your payment is received and your logo is provided, your company will be featured in Symposium marketing materials and on our website
