Rebecca Weidman is the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Programs, Policy and Planning at the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA). MWRA is a provider of wholesale water and sewer services to 3.1 million people in the metropolitan Boston area. Prior to joining MWRA, Ms. Weidman worked for the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) with their drinking water, water quality and quantity, and climate change programs.  Ms. Weidman has over 20 years of experience in environmental policy and regulation in the public, non-profit and private sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Carleton College and a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment.
